Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in Cold Storage / Temperature-Controlled Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience in inbound, Outbound, Storage, Picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouses of 2 Lakh+ sq. ft.
• Proven team handling and shift management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, Kaizen, problem-solving and warehouse process improvement.
• Working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems is mandatory.
• Candidates should be based locally or reside in nearby areas of Luhari and be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on warehouse operations professional with strong cold-chain/cold-storage exposure and experience managing large teams and high-volume warehouse operations.
