About Sunday
Sunday (sundayrest.com) is a profitable D2C mattress brand. We need someone to own the full operations chain procurement, contract manufacturing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery and keep it running every day.
What You Will Do
- Run end-to-end ops: procurement manufacturing coordination packaging delivery
- Unblock problems across the chain vendors, 3PLs, internal teams, whatever's stuck
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate
- Lead warehouse staff, contract labour, and ground operations
- Track on-time delivery, order accuracy, return resolution, cost per delivery
- Find ways to do it faster, cheaper, and better
Who Should Apply
You've had days where the vendor shipment is late, two workers called in sick, and there's an urgent order to dispatch and you handled all three before lunch. That's Tuesday at Sunday.
- E-commerce, DTC, or FMCG operations someone who's touched multiple parts of the chain, not just one silo
- Vendor management and negotiation experience
- Comfortable leading ground teams and managing chaos
- Process-driven but not rigid
Must-Have Qualities
- 5–12 years in operations
- Experience managing warehouse teams and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication in English; Kannada and Hindi are a plus
Compensation Rs 7–12 LPA based on experience and fit.
