This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, resource planning, and overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining customer satisfaction by optimizing service levels. The manager will play a critical role in achieving operational excellence and supporting delivery commitments.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
• Expertise in Operations Management, with a focus on streamlining workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control, ensuring accountability and organization of stock.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to meet client expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve problems proactively.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and industry software is an added advantage.
