Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager located in Ode, Gujarat. The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage and dispatch, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Coordination with suppliers and internal teams to optimize operations and meet customer requirements will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to effectively manage teams
• Proven expertise in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control
• Experience and competence in Operations Management
• Customer Service skills to ensure client needs and expectations are met
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of API-bulk drug GMP guidelines
