Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month (Contract Role)

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Warehouse Operations Executive to support both Customer Service Operations (CSE) and Warehouse Operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience coordinating customer requests, tracking shipments, scheduling deliveries and pickups, and working closely with warehouse and operations teams.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment from warehouse to customer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, recovery requests, and shipment schedules with customers and warehouse teams.
  • Track shipments and provide customers with timely delivery and pickup updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain operational MIS, reports, and customer records using MS Excel.
  • Prepare operational emails, follow-up communications, and recovery-related documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding deliveries, returns, pending pickups, and service requests.
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations and order processing.
  • Escalate operational issues to the relevant teams for quick resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Customer Support (Voice Process) and Warehouse Operations.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Knowledge of shipment tracking, delivery coordination, pickup scheduling, and logistics operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic MS Excel (MIS, reports, data entry).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working from warehouse locations.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
