Warehouse Operation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager with strong FMCG warehouse experience. The role will be based in Mandya, and the candidate must be open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Ensure 100% stock accuracy and minimal wastage/damage.
• Implement best practices for FMCG warehouse standards – FIFO, FEFO, batch tracking, expiry management.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and distribution teams for smooth supply chain operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
• Manage warehouse staff, schedules, and performance.
• Prepare MIS reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and cost efficiency.
• Optimize space utilization and streamline processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Mandya.
