To drive sales growth, ensure seamless operations, and manage the business relationship with DMart Ready (DMart Online and offline) by maintaining product availability, executing promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Inward & Outward Executive to manage daily inventory movements, dispatch activities, and warehouse documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward material movement activities.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and inventory updates.
- Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely shipment processing.
- Maintain stock movement records and inventory reports.
- Prepare and manage dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Track inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Update daily MIS reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and inventory control procedures.
- Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or dispatch operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Reporting).
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience in preparing inward/outward documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ERP/SAP systems.
- Understanding of dispatch planning and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
