Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Bengaluru.
- The Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting, prepare accurate and timely financial statements, analyze financial trends, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- The role includes managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize the financial health of the Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and business performance
- Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience in budget handling and financial planning
- Experience in tally & zoho, should have handled big 4 audits compliance focused
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Professional certifications such as CA is mandatory
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
