JD- Title: Fulfillment Center Manager

Department: Operations / Supply Chain

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Reports To: Sr. Operations Manager / Regional Manger

1. Operational Management

Oversee end-to-end FC operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Ensure daily SLA Fulfillment for order processing and dispatch.

Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, TAT, cost per shipment) and implement improvement plans.

Optimize staffing, equipment utilization, and space planning.

2. People Leadership

Manage and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.

Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and skill development initiatives.

Ensure effective workforce planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management.

Create a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture on the warehouse floor.

3. Inventory & Quality Control

Ensure accurate stock management, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

Minimize shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies through process adherence and audits.

Uphold quality standards for inbound and outbound processes.
