We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 8-18 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts are maintained.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and logistics metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
