Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical facility. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing storage and dispatch processes, and leading the warehouse team to support uninterrupted production and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and regulatory requirements
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting activities
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, BMR/BPR support, logs, registers) with high data integrity standards
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity) for sensitive pharmaceutical materials
- Coordinate with QA/QC for material approval, sampling, and release processes
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management
- Plan and manage dispatch schedules to meet business timelines
- Handle vendor coordination for logistics, transport, and material movement
- Lead audits (internal, external, regulatory) and ensure audit readiness at all times
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and EHS guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Supply Chain preferred)
- Experience: 8–15 years in pharmaceutical warehouse management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.)
- Experience in handling large-scale warehouse operations
- Knowledge of temperature-controlled storage and compliance
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
