Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for managing & maintaining the warehouse function end to end & upkeep of warehouse.
• Coordinate with concerned stakeholders & access the space requirement for material storage.
• Coordinate with concerned stakeholders for material delivery schedule, planning & follow-up.
• Responsible for safe handling of material in warehouse, during inward & outward process.
• Responsible for inward receipt of material & ensuring proper documentation & records upkeep.
• Responsible for outward of material, obtaining & creating necessary documents for material outward & ensuring proper documentation & records upkeep.
• Maintaining updated material movement register (inward v/s outward).
• Maintain & store indent records
• Report stock status regularly & raise alarm on minimum stock of particular material.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for Material Inspection.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in case of any Insurance claim process requirement.
• EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET
• Minimum 6-8 years work experience in Metro railway (Telecom works)
• Should have good knowledge in MS Office
• Should have good communication skill to handle Clients and auditors
