Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and storage facilities.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of warehouse operations.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory audits.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, damage, and losses.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

3. Receiving and Dispatch

• Supervise the receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
• Verify quantities, product specifications, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers or other locations.

4. Staff Management and Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff, storekeepers, and material handlers.
• Allocate duties and manage workforce schedules.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety, and equipment handling.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.
