Warehouse Manager

Role Description

The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Netherlands, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient, accurate handling of all inventory and materials. This role includes planning and supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, maintaining stock levels, and implementing processes that support timely fulfillment of internal and external requirements. The Warehouse Manager will monitor and improve workflows, coordinate with logistics and operations teams, maintain safety and compliance standards, and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment. The position also involves training and guiding warehouse staff, creating performance reports, and collaborating with management to optimize space utilization, reduce errors, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to ensure accurate tracking of all items.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management capabilities, including monitoring stock levels, managing reorder points, and minimizing shrinkage.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, improve processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess safe Forklift Operation skills and experience with other warehouse equipment, following safety and compliance standards.
• Relevant experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or agency-related operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and comfort working with inventory or ERP systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate clearly, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
