Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Monitor employee productivity and performance
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance
• Control warehouse operating costs and budget
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
