Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and execute finished goods warehousing and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate inventory of finished tiles by size, finish, shade, grade (Premium/Standard/Commercial), and batch.
Ensure correct palletization, stacking, and storage to prevent breakage.
Follow FIFO principles for finished goods dispatch.
Plan and execute picking, packing, and loading based on sales orders.
Ensure correct labelling, order-wise segregation, and documentation.
Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with Sales and Production Planning teams.
Coordinate with transporters, fleet operators, and freight forwarders; schedule vehicle placements and track dispatch movements.
Resolve transit issues, shortages, and delivery delays.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, e-way bills, and export documents.
Ensure compliance with ISO, SOPs, safety regulations, and statutory norms.
Conduct pre-dispatch quality checks in coordination with QA.
Ensure safe material handling practices and warehouse safety.
Minimize customer complaints due to damage or wrong dispatch.
Prepare daily dispatch reports, warehouse stock summaries, and SCM MIS.
Supervise warehouse staff and loaders.
Drive continuous improvement in dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, and logistics cost.
