We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Marico warehouse in Tepla, Rajpura, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale, FMCG-focused warehouse operations, specifically in a CFA or 3PL environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency in inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Lead and train warehouse teams to align with company policies and best practices.
- Streamline processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure safety compliance and a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for smooth operations.
- Analyze and improve warehouse performance metrics.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, order fulfillment, and discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain reports on productivity, safety, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in warehouse management, preferably in large-scale CFA or 3PL operations in the FMCG sector.
- Strong WMS and inventory management knowledge.
- Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.
