Job Opening: Warehouse Manager Michelin (Ahmedabad Warehouse)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Position: Warehouse Manager
Industry: 3PL / Warehousing & Logistics
Experience Required: 57 years (Mandatory)
Salary: 30,000 per month + PF + Other Benefits

Key Requirements:

• Must be a native Gujarati speaker and belong to the local area (Ahmedabad or nearby).

• Strong experience in warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and manpower handling.

• Knowledge of safety standards, stock accuracy, and documentation.

• Ability to coordinate with transporters, clients, and head office teams.

• Experience in handling Michelin or tyre/automotive warehouses will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, email, WMS).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of day-to-day warehouse activities.

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatches as per client requirement.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for the Head Office.

• Handle labour, overtime, and shift planning.
