We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and workflow.
- Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
