Job Description

MultiProject Governance & Leadership

  • Lead a portfolio of large, complex projects executed across multiple sites.
  • Implement robust project governance frameworks, standardised review mechanisms, and KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, EHS standards, and quality norms.
  • Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies.



Project Review & Escalation Management

  • Conduct structured project reviews with PMs to track progress, resources, and risks.
  • Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership for strategic decisionmaking.



Senior Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Act as the senior interface for key customers, including steering committees and executive reviews.
  • Address escalations professionally and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Be available to operate from customer sites when project dependencies require senior supervision.



CrossFunctional Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams: SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Sales, HR, Quality, and Installation.
  • Unlock interdepartmental bottlenecks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Align teams toward customer commitments and project milestones.



Compliance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adherence to safety, contractual, and statutory requirements.
  • Promote best practices, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, snag lists, reporting, and compliance sheets.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields
  • Experience:
    • 18+ years in large-scale project execution
    • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership handling multiple concurrent projects
    • Experience in automation, intralogistics, EPC, or complex industrial projects
    • Strong exposure to customer-facing roles
  • Desirable: PMP certification, experience with Primavera/MS Project



Technical Expertise Required

  • Strong understanding of ASRS systems, industrial automation, warehouse racking solutions.
  • Expertise in EHS, HIRA, WMS, IQ/OQ/PQ, RCA, and inspection processes.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, resource planning.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, reporting mechanisms, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/BricsCAD, MS Office MS Project/Primavera preferred.
