Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Incharger to oversee our warehouse operations in European countries, Canada, and New Zealand, while working from India. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of inventory and staff while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and stock control, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
