Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced warehouse In-charge to join our team. Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities including reporting at the warehouse location, overseeing material dispatch, arranging labor for loading/unloading, coordinating vehicle placement with transporters, and maintaining accurate inventory through regular stock audits (opening and closing).

Qualification - Graduation

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Industry - Logistics, Operations, e-commerce etc.

• Warehouse Operations Management
  
  

Oversee end-to-day warehouse activities including inward, storage, processing, and dispatch to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.

• Invoicing & Compliance
  
  

Handle accurate invoice generation and E-way bill creation in line with statutory and taxation requirements.

• Runner Management
  
  

Deploy and monitor runners for pickups and deliveries; track productivity and ensure optimal utilization.

• Operational Alignment
  
  

Align runner deployment and daily activities with operational plans and business requirements.

• Field Operations & Cash Handling
  
  

Supervise field-level operations, vendor coordination, and ensure accurate daily cash reporting.

• Quality Control (QC)
  
  

Ensure adherence to QC processes including inspection, sorting, and processing; take corrective actions for deviations.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Inventory management and stock auditing
• Knowledge of dispatch planning and material movement
• Vendor and transporter coordination
• Labour handling and workforce management
• Basic documentation (invoicing, E-way bills)
• Field operations handling and cash reporting
• Quality check (QC) and material inspection
