Role: Head- Warehouse &Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations for Delivery management.
• Stock planning and replenishment.
• Stacking Norms implementation.
• Maintaining FIFO in warehouse
• Material Identification and segregation - Fresh / SRN - Usable, Non Usable
• Compliance on transactional KPI
• Compliance on warehouse hygiene KPI
• ERP (Oracle)/ WMS work flow management. PV execution.
• Safety norms implementation
• Stock Review - MOQ, EOQ, On Hand Stock, On Order Stock, consumption trends, IUTs;
• Liquidation Plans & Actions; SRN; Aged Inventory control & Provisions reduction.
• Logistics Planning for Key large Order deliveries, keeping in view Tax implications. Transport Management
• Packaging (as per Packing standard)
• Movement and Delivery tracking.
• TransportationTAT (Forward / Reverse / S2W / W2R / R2W)
• Executing scrap on timely manner
• Managing various stock points across KTN
• Governance of these stock points and maintain adequate stock & Hygiene

Skills Required

• Working with 3PL
• Sound Understanding of Warehousing Operations. Collaboration with cross functional stake holders.
• Understanding of Logistics within India Transportation
• Customer focus- Drive to meet customer expectations. Basic understanding of Telecom
