Job Title: Warehouse Floor Supervisor

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Floor Supervisor who can manage the daily work on the warehouse floor. You'll lead the team during loading and unloading, keep track of goods, and make sure safety and storage rules are followed properly.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise loaders, unloaders, and helpers during daily warehouse work.

Check that goods are handled, stacked, and stored in the right place.

Make sure all work is done safely and on time.

Maintain discipline and teamwork among staff.

Share daily work reports with the operations team (written or digital).

Help the team meet daily loading and unloading targets.

Experience & Skills Needed

Must have worked earlier as a Floor Supervisor or Warehouse Incharge.

Experience guiding and managing warehouse labor.

Basic computer knowledge; experience with SAP or warehouse software is a plus.

Knows how to handle daily warehouse work independently.

Language Requirements

Must be comfortable speaking Hindi.

Should understand and speak basic English.

Work Details

Must keep accurate daily logs and updates.
