At The Fresh Factory, every ingredient and product has a story – and we need a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to ensure they are stored, handled, and dispatched with care. This role is key to keeping our café and retail operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items
- Monitor quality control and maintain cleanliness in line with our brand's standards
- Support periodic stock audits and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in F&B or retail
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory software is an advantage
