Role Overview :
We are hiring an Executive/Senior Executive to manage on-ground Sort Centre Operations across FMSC/LMSC formats. The role requires hands-on operational execution, strong manpower coordination, and strict adherence to maintaining zero breaches in the operational matrix.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute daily Sort Centre Operations (FMSC/LMSC), including inbound, sorting, and outbound processes.
- Monitor shift activities and ensure tasks are completed within defined SLAs.
- Support manpower deployment, track attendance, and ensure productivity across assigned shifts.
- Maintain zero breaches in the operational matrix by adhering to SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and reporting deviations immediately.
- Conduct regular floor checks to ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate with supervisors, vendor teams, and transporter partners for smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly operational reports and dashboards.
- Escalate operational issues promptly and support quick resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of equipment, space, and resources during sorting operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
Requirements :
- 13 years of experience in Sort Centre / Warehouse / Logistics Operations (FMSC/LMSC experience is a plus).
- Strong on-ground manpower coordination and shift management capability.
- Proven discipline in maintaining zero operational breaches.
- Familiarity with SOPs, compliance guidelines, and KPI-driven operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools and operational dashboards.
