Warehouse Executive

Role & responsibilities

• GRN processing in SAP & ERP
• Order processing in SAP & ERP
• Perform the Physical stock count activity
• Generate E-Way bill
• Physical inspection of inward products, as per Invoice/Delivery challan
• Physical inspection of outward products, as per Invoice/Delivery challan
• Regular checking of pending GIT and customer orders
• Ensure that FIFO is maintain for the inventory
• Communication (written & verbal) with Sales team/Marketing team/Customers/PC
• Coordination with Courier partners to deliver the material
• Booking of the shipments through courier vendors
• Ensure that daily Filing is done by concerned for all the Documents
• Responsible for the segregation of damaged stock from saleable inventory
• Responsible for the segregation of Quarantine stock from saleable inventory
• Sales Return processing in SAP & ERP
• Stock Transfer processing in SAP & ERP
• Timely respond over the emails in a professional manner
• To ensure all communication are recorded through mail
• To take the follow up with the vendors, sales team, customers, PC
