Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Executive role based in Bhiwandi. The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in alignment with company standards and safety procedures. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, coordinating packing and labeling activities, preparing documentation for shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The Warehouse Executive will collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to address delivery requirements and resolve operational issues. The position also includes maintaining warehouse housekeeping, adhering to compliance and audit requirements, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong warehouse operations skills, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
• Candidates should possess practical handling skills related to Packing and dispatch processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support Customer Service.
• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably within consumer electronics, appliances, or related industries.
• Understanding of basic safety, compliance, and quality standards in warehouse environments.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems or ERP tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Preferred qualification: diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
