Job Title: Day/Night Operations Executive
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day/Night Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility during both day and night shifts. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility during both day and night shifts
- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work performance
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the day or night shifts
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain department
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
