Warehouse Executive

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures to prevent damage/breakage of finished products
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety, discipline and motivation of staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Assisting with deliveries where required.
• Review inbound and outbound schedules to determine whether they can be met by the requirement of the unit's current capacity
• Ensure careful handling of finished products and prevention of damage/breakage while sorting or packaging.
• Oversee roster management to avoid any void of manpower at any point of time

Qualifications

• Degree in B.tech
• 2 years of experience in working in warehouse management
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have Unicommerce/Uniware Experience
• Should be able to manage time and cost effectively
• Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
