• Monitor warehouse operational costs, budgets, and expenses, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.

Significantly improve the reliability of the supply chain

• Ensuring superior & reliable customer service levels or been achieved by close monitoring of order flow and high degree of response to demand
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing lead times and cost-effectiveness.
• Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports, providing insights for informed decision-making and process enhancements.

WH - Operations Supervision

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized storage areas, optimizing space utilization and accessibility of products.
• Implement processes for efficient loading and unloading of shipments.
• Monitor and manage the handling and packaging of products to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
• Establish protocols for the disposal or return of damaged or obsolete inventory items.

Inventory Control

• Implement inventory management strategies to maintain accurate stock counts and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory records with physical stock on hand.
• Ensure that inventory is properly labeled, categorized, and stored to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Develop inventory replenishment plans to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
• Analyze slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend actions for optimization.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in warehouse processes and develop improvement plans.
• Implement technology solutions, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), to streamline operations.
• Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of products.
• Conduct regular product inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Implement procedures for proper handling and storage of delicate or high-value items.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts or product conditions.
• Maintain product integrity by enforcing strict adherence to quality standards.
