We are Hiring Warehouse Executive (ecommerce)for our Gurugram, Warehouse.
This job involves warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a range of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure completion of warehouse activities within TAT and meet the defined KPI's
- Pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup
- Should be well versed with the warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away
- Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high level of stock accuracy
- MIS Reports creation Monthly, Weekly and Daily
- Ensure adherence to healthy, safety and administrative guidelines and procedures
- Coordination with transporters/courier partners for dispatches, RTO orders
- Generate E-way bill, Good Receipt, checking bills of vendors as per agreement
- Coordinate with the external as well as internal team members
Required Skills:
- Experience 25 year, working in a similar profile with E commerce / Fulfillment Centre
- Knowledge in WMS / ZOHO or similar ERP packages will be an added advantage
- Graduate, Knowledge of MS Office and Google docs
- Good communication and listening skills
- Should be able to perform task under pressure, be able to work 6 days a week
