Key Responsibility:
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
- Ensure proper records for fumigation are kept.
Shipment Preparation
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure shipments are ready on time.
Team Supervision
- Manage warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain warehouse records, invoices, GRNs, and dispatch details.
- Prepare daily or weekly stock reports.
Safety & Maintenance
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions.
System Management
- Use inventory software or Excel for stock tracking.
Skills Required:
- Inventory and stock management
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
