Key Responsibility:

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits.

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
• Ensure proper records for fumigation are kept.

Shipment Preparation

• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure shipments are ready on time.

Team Supervision

• Manage warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain warehouse records, invoices, GRNs, and dispatch details.
• Prepare daily or weekly stock reports.

Safety & Maintenance

• Ensure warehouse safety standards are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions.

System Management

• Use inventory software or Excel for stock tracking.

Skills Required:

• Inventory and stock management
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
• Team management skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability
