We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our Tarapur manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material receipt and dispatch, stock documentation, and coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Preference will be given to immediate joiners with relevant experience in chemical manufacturing environments.

₹7–8 LPA (Depending on Experience & Expertise)

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production teams to ensure material availability.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices wherever applicable.

• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), delivery challans, stock registers, and dispatch documentation.
• Record inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Generate warehouse reports and assist with inventory audits.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material movement.
• Support loading and unloading activities while ensuring safe material handling.
• Liaise with transporters and internal departments for efficient dispatch operations.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, EHS guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse management.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of materials.

B.Sc. in Chemistry (Minimum Qualification)

Experience

Minimum 10 years in Warehouse Operations

Industry

Experience in Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, Polymers, Resins, Paints, Coatings, or related manufacturing industries preferred
