Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Executive role based in Sohna. The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in line with company procedures. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners for timely order fulfillment. The Warehouse Executive will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, enforce compliance with safety standards, and support continuous improvement in workflows. The position also requires clear communication with customers and colleagues to resolve issues, support service quality, and meet operational targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong warehouse management and inventory control skills.
• Candidates should possess packing skills and attention to detail in handling and labeling goods.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills for internal and external coordination.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL or freight forwarding environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Sohna, manage physical tasks, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
