Role description: This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end inventory lifecycle at our warehouse. The role requires executing regular stock counts, managing FIFO/FEFO rotation to prevent expiry, and handling inward/outward documentation

What we need

• A Graduate degree in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Deep understanding of stock rotation methodologies, specifically FIFO and FEFO, which are critical for preventing material expiry.
• Ability to accurately prepare and verify standard logistics paperwork, including Delivery Challans, Invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and packing lists.
• Clear communication skills to effectively coordinate order fulfillment schedules with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Capability to handle the physical demands of a warehouse environment (including supervision of loading/unloading) and a strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
• Good Mathematical Aptitude
