Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate will help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure workplace safety, and support the smooth functioning of warehouse and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods and shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Sort, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods for transportation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counting.
• Check products for damage, defects, and quantity discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and material-handling tools as authorized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, inventory teams, and logistics staff.
• Assist with order processing, shipment preparation, and returns management.
• Meet daily productivity targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and stock management.
• Ability to perform picking, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading tasks.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory records and barcode scanning.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties, where required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but may not be mandatory for entry-level positions.
