Job Description:

・Oversee all warehouse operations for assigned customer accounts.

・Plan and optimize warehouse space, manpower resources, and operational efficiency through technology and innovation.

・Manage customer relationships, handle day-to-day queries, operational issues, and troubleshooting, and coordinate with relevant departments.

・Attend KPI review meetings with clients and ensure service levels are achieved.

・Monitor and improve KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, operational quality, and profitability (P&L).

・Drive continuous improvement of work procedures, business processes, and workforce allocation.

・Supervise Customer Service Officers, Warehouse Supervisors, and Warehouse Assistants.

・Plan and conduct departmental training programs and provide onboarding training for new employees.

・Support and mentor junior Operations Managers and warehouse teams.

・Lead the implementation of new customers, new business operations, and operational changes for existing customers.

・Maintain a hands-on approach to warehouse management and operational support.

・Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 3-8 Years Experience in 3PL warehouse environment (warehouses that provide outsourced logistics services to external customers).

. Experience in customer-facing roles and customer account management.

. Experience managing manpower and workforce operations in a warehouse environment.

. Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning

. Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal and other certifications

. Experience in risk assessment

. Knowledge of innovation and technology employment

. Proven ability to plan workforce allocation, manage operational schedules, and monitor progress based on changing workload demands.

. Candidates with experience in environments with significant fluctuations in volume, including manpower allocation, workforce planning, work scheduling, and progress monitoring based on operational volume, will be highly preferred.
