Warehouse Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Perform accurate data entry and transaction processing in SAP (GRN, STO, Delivery, and related modules).
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy within the SAP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for smooth material movement.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock reconciliation and cycle count activities.
• Generate SAP-based reports related to inventory, dispatch, inward and outward movements.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to warehouse management processes.
• Support compliance with standard warehouse and safety procedures.
