Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Warehouse and Logistics Executive. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ecommerce logistics processes, and ensuring seamless order fullfillment. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating with vendors and delivery partners, handling order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align logistics with business needs and provide excellent support to clients.

Qualifications:

• Inventory management and MIS reporting skills
• Past experience on e-commerce platforms such as shopify, shipway and shiprocket
• Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management experience to ensure operational efficiency
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using warehouse management or logistics software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
