Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Surveyors and Assistants located in Chennai. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, assessing and reporting on land and construction projects, assisting with project planning and implementation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The team will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in conducting site surveys, measurements, and land assessments
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and site management
• Understanding of regulatory and safety compliance in construction projects
• Good teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Capability to use survey and construction-related tools and technology effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the construction or surveying field is preferred
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in surveying, civil engineering, or related disciplines
