Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review patient charts, medical records, operative reports, and diagnostic reports.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Analyze medical documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Work closely with quality analysts and team leads to resolve coding queries
