The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, ensuring accurate coding, and maintaining compliance with coding standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation to ensure accurate coding and billing practices.
- Assign appropriate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services using the ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Conduct audits to ensure coding accuracy and adherence to regulations and policies.

Skills And Qualifications
