Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging lesson plans for kindergarten students.
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline in a constructive manner.
Organize and participate in school events and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferably specializing in Early Childhood Education).
Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Basic knowledge of classroom management techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
