We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed.
• Collaborate with HR team to create job descriptions and identify hiring needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Details:

The initial salary will be between 10,000 and 15,000 per month. Based on your performance and experience, the salary will be revised and increased after the initial period.
