Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and support for products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference and improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with chat support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
