Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior WalkMe Developer with strong expertise in building scalable
digital adoption solutions. The ideal candidate will combine
deep WalkMe technical skills with a strong understanding of
UX principles and experience working on
enterprise platforms like SAP.
( 1st priority is for Ex-UPRR or any railway experience from New Zealand, Australia, American)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement WalkMe solutions across enterprise applications
- Build and maintain:
- Smart Walk-Thrus
- SmartTips
- Launchers
- ShoutOuts
- Onboarding flows & in-app guidance
- Translate business processes into scalable WalkMe solutions
- Optimize user experience through digital adoption best practices
- Leverage WalkMe Insights & Analytics for:
- Usage tracking
- Reporting
- Continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders
- Define and enforce:
- Standards
- Templates
- Best practices
Must-Have Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with WalkMe (Senior-level expertise)
- Strong proficiency in:
- Proven experience implementing WalkMe on:
- SAP (S/4HANA, Fiori)
- Other complex enterprise web applications
- Strong understanding of:
- UX principles
- Digital adoption strategies
- Experience with:
- WalkMe Insights & Analytics
- Reporting and optimization
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in large-scale transformation or rollout programs
- Familiarity with:
- SAP Enable Now
- Other digital learning tools
- Knowledge of:
- Change management practices
- Training and enablement strategies
