• Cash Application and allocation

• Forecasting of cash flows

Experience and Qualification

• Perform day to day Accounts Receivable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
• Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
• Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
• Strong customer orientation
• Problem solving skills

Job Description - PTP:

• Invoice Processing Po and Non-PO
• Payment processing and Banking
• Vendor query Resolution
• Employee expense Processing
• Statement Reconciliation
• Vendor Clearing
• Other monthly reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands on working knowledge of SAP

Experience and Qualification

• Minimum 15 years of education with 1+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
• Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
• Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
