Role: Business Operations Analyst Group Benefits (1 to 3 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

Keyskills - Insurance Operations, life insurance, annuities, group benefits, claims handling, US insurance

Shift timings- Evening (5pm to 3am)

Policy administration, enrollments, and servicing

Claims processing and validation

Data entry, reconciliation, and MIS reporting

Customer/partner query resolution

Compliance adherence and process improvement

Skills Required:

Insurance/BFSI operations experience

Basic insurance knowledge (Group Benefits preferred)

MS Excel proficiency

Strong attention to detail & communication
