*Please note that we are looking for only immediate to 30days notice period candidates. We have multiple positions for the role, so please feel free to refer your friends/colleagues.

Role: Sr. Process Associate/Analyst/Team Lead

Process: UK Life & Pension Operations

Role Summary: Support Life & Pension operations by processing policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within SLA/KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.
• Review and update policy information accurately.
• Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.
• Manage transactions using workflow systems.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Experience

• 1-10 years in Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations.
• Exposure to UK/European clients or processes is an advantage.
